E-mail support. Vendor recommendations. One face-to-face meeting to discuss the Timeline, Seating Chart, Day of Logistics, Family & Wedding Party Information, Personal Item Checklist, and gather/compile Vendor Contact Information. Second meeting to do a walk through with the caterer, vendor personnel, and décor company. The timeline will be sent to all the vendors the week of the wedding. Attend Rehearsal Dinner and all Wedding Day activities. Assisting in 3 major parts of the wedding directly. Helping secure a venue. Work to get the catering/bar menus and proposal secured. Help design the room and work directly with the design and décor vendors.
