Everything included in Day-of & Partial Planning Packages. Manage vendor relations for ceremony and reception. Act as the liaison between the client and vendors. Advise on venue selection and coordination of ceremony and reception. Coordination of the catering selection including assistance with: gathering proposals, developing menus, coordinating tastings (attend when possible), and assisting with details. Assist in event design by consulting on color selection, linens, table settings, lighting, floral design, and accents. Consult on cake design and flavors or dessert selections. Provide and collaborate on a list of music options for ceremony and reception. Refer photographers, videographers, photo-booth, and audio-visual production for your event. Help to coordinate invitations and save-the-date cards. Provide a list of professional make-up and hairstyling artists. Assist with guest accommodations at hotels. Coordinate the transportation logistics. Coordinate rehearsal dinner and/or day after brunch. Create floor plans and layouts for your event. Final site visit/walk through. Design processional and recessional for ceremony. Provide security options for the wedding. Manage permits, licensing, and insurance. Create timeline for the day of the wedding as well as the rehearsal dinner. Manage day of logistics such as family and wedding party information, personal item checklist, and vendor contact information. On-site attendance for rehearsal dinner and day of the wedding.
